These Reuben Pretzel Sliders are a twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, layered with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing, all tucked into soft pretzel buns. Ingredients
8 slider-sized pretzel buns
1 lb cooked corned beef, thinly sliced
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice pretzel buns in half.
2. On bottom half of each bun, layer Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut.
3. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over sauerkraut.
4. Top with other half of bun.
5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle caraway seeds if using.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Use high-quality deli corned beef for the best flavor.
Drain sauerkraut well to avoid soggy buns.
Add extra cheese for an even gooier bite.
