Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Open and drain the can of Rotel thoroughly.
2. Chop the green onions and shred cheddar cheese if needed.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, taco seasoning, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
4. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
5. Optional: Chill for 30–60 minutes for best flavor blending.
6. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.
