Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.

2. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let mixture cool slightly.

3. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and top with cheddar cheese.

5. Fold and pinch the edges together to seal each biscuit into a ball.

6. Arrange sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

8. While baking, melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in garlic powder, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley.

9. Once bombs are out of the oven, brush each with the garlic parmesan butter mixture.

10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use sharp cheddar for a deeper cheese flavor.

Freeze unbaked bombs for an easy make-ahead snack.

Reheat in air fryer to regain crispiness.
