Ingredients
1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
20 slices pepperoni
4 tablespoons salted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Roll out the refrigerated dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
2. Spread shredded mozzarella evenly, then top with pepperoni slices, leaving a small border.
3. Tightly roll the dough into a log and slice into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces.
