Ingredients

1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

20 slices pepperoni

4 tablespoons salted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Roll out the refrigerated dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

2. Spread shredded mozzarella evenly, then top with pepperoni slices, leaving a small border.

3. Tightly roll the dough into a log and slice into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces.

4. Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish, cut side down.

5. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan.

6. Brush the garlic butter over each roll generously.

7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
