Description

This Greek Chili Chicken Alfredo with Smoked Feta Cream and Crispy Parmesan Asparagus is a bold and creamy Mediterranean pasta recipe perfect for dinner. Featuring Greek chili-spiced chicken, a rich Alfredo made with smoked feta, and a side of cheesy roasted asparagus, it’s an indulgent yet balanced dish that delivers restaurant-quality flavor at home.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Greek chili seasoning

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup smoked feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or penne)

1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Season the chicken breasts with Greek chili seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. In a hot skillet, sear the chicken in olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and let rest.

3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with melted butter, season with salt, and top with Parmesan. Roast for 12–15 minutes.

4. Boil salted water in a pot and cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and then drain.

5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, then stir in smoked feta and Parmesan. Simmer until creamy. Use pasta water to thin if needed.

6. Slice rested chicken and return to skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat everything in sauce.

7. Plate pasta with sliced chicken and sauce, served alongside roasted Parmesan asparagus. Garnish with more feta if desired.

Notes

Let chicken rest after cooking to retain juices.

Use freshly grated cheese for best melt and flavor.

Reserve pasta water—it’s key for adjusting sauce consistency.
