Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thigh

2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
