Description

This Cajun Beef Spaghetti in Creamy Three-Cheese Parmesan Sauce recipe is a spicy, comforting pasta dish packed with flavor. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions, it features Cajun-seasoned beef, a velvety three-cheese sauce, and al dente spaghetti. A delicious fusion of Southern spice and Italian comfort food.

Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small yellow onion, diced

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed, then sauté the diced onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and lower the heat. Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

5. Return cooked beef to the skillet and mix well. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss everything together until fully coated.

6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish is perfect for meal prep and stays creamy with a splash of cream when reheated.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to control the heat level based on your spice preference.

Al dente pasta is key—don’t overcook, as it will soften further in the sauce.
