Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and drain if necessary.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sautée the minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Reduce heat and let it simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta and ground beef to the skillet. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with parsley if using and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for deeper flavor.
Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers.
Top with extra Parmesan for extra cheesy bites.
