Ingredients
450g boneless skinless chicken breast
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup sweet chili sauce
1–2 tablespoons sriracha
wooden skewers soaked if grilling
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice.
2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks and place in a zip-top bag or bowl. Add marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
3. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and a splash of lime juice to make the bang bang sauce. Adjust spice to taste.
4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
5. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and lightly charred.
6. Drizzle skewers with bang bang sauce before serving. Optionally garnish with sesame seeds or green onions.
