Description

White Cheddar Baked Corn is a creamy, cheesy, and easy-to-make comfort food side dish perfect for holidays, potlucks, and weeknight dinners. This baked corn casserole combines sweet corn with sharp white cheddar and is oven-baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

2 cups corn kernels

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, melted butter, eggs, and milk.

3. Stir in white cheddar, flour, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.

4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.

5. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set in the center.

6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, frozen, or canned corn based on what’s available.

Don’t skip resting time—it helps the casserole firm up.

Add a pinch of cayenne or top with crushed crackers for a flavor twist.
