1 English muffin

Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until fully combined and slightly frothy.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, then melt the butter. Pour in the whisked eggs and swirl to coat the pan.
