Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge is the perfect pink no-bake treat for your sweetheart! This easy dessert combines crushed sugar cookies, white chocolate, and festive sprinkles into melt-in-your-mouth fudge. Great for parties, gifting, or indulging at home.
Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed sugar cookies
2 to 3 drops pink or red food coloring
2 tablespoons festive sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly over low heat until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and food coloring until the color is well blended.
4. Fold in most of the crushed sugar cookies, reserving a few for topping.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
6. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs and festive sprinkles over the top, gently pressing them in.
7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
8. Once set, lift fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
Notes
Use soft sugar cookies for a chewier texture, or crunchy ones for more bite.
Don’t overheat the chocolate or it will seize—keep the heat low.
For bolder color, increase the food coloring a drop at a time.
