Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or a cozy dinner party. Keywords: Greek chicken alfredo, Mediterranean pasta, lemon Alfredo, parmesan broccoli pasta.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

12 ounces pasta of choice

3 cups broccoli florets

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and lemon zest.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Let it rest and slice.

3. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes.

4. Boil pasta until al dente and reserve some pasta water before draining.

5. In the skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add heavy cream and let simmer.

6. Stir in parmesan and feta cheese until melted and smooth. Add lemon juice.

7. Mix in the cooked pasta and use reserved water to adjust sauce consistency.

8. Plate pasta, top with sliced chicken and crispy broccoli. Garnish with more feta or parsley.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice and zest for bright flavor.

Don’t overcook the chicken—keep it juicy for the best texture.

To reheat, add a splash of milk to restore the creaminess.
