Description
These Tasty Keto Chips are the perfect low-carb, gluten-free snack for crunchy cravings. Made with cheddar, parmesan, and almond flour, they’re quick, crispy, and totally guilt-free. Great for dipping or enjoying on their own!
Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar, parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them out, and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
4. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown at the edges.
5. Let chips cool on the tray to crisp up before serving or storing.
Notes
These chips crisp up more as they cool, so don’t worry if they seem a little soft out of the oven.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven for 2–3 minutes at 350°F to bring back the crunch.
