Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are the perfect no-bake snack packed with vanilla protein, oats, and fresh strawberries. These easy-to-make bites taste like dessert while fueling your day. Great for post-workout snacks, meal prep, or healthy treats.

Ingredients

2 oz cream cheese

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup oats

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup strawberries, finely diced

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature for easier mixing.

2. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, oats, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and dough-like.

3. Fold in the diced strawberries gently. Pat dry if using fresh to avoid extra moisture.

4. Use a small scoop or your hands to roll the mixture into balls.

5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to one week in an airtight container.

If using plant-based protein, add 1–2 teaspoons of almond milk if the mixture feels dry.

Freeze-dried strawberries intensify the flavor and reduce moisture content.
