This Steak Bites and Cheesy Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce recipe is a creamy, comforting pasta dish packed with tender steak bites, rich garlic parmesan sauce, and perfectly cooked rotini. Ideal for dinner, it’s easy, indulgent, and sure to impress.
Ingredients
300 g steak (sirloin or ribeye)
250 g rotini pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup heavy cream
to taste salt
to taste black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook rotini until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high. Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear steak bites in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, then set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
5. Toss in cooked rotini, adding a splash of pasta water if needed. Return steak bites to the skillet and combine.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use even-sized steak cubes for even cooking.
Add a splash of cream when reheating leftovers to revive the sauce.
Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
