Perfect for comfort food lovers, this noodle dish features gochujang heat, savory umami, and luxurious texture. A must-try for spicy ramen fans looking for an easy gourmet twist.

Ingredients

1 packet Korean ramen noodles

200 grams beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon gochujang

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 stalk green onion, chopped

Instructions

1. Combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and brown sugar in a bowl to make the marinade.

2. Add sliced beef to the marinade and let sit for at least 20 minutes.

3. Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook the beef until slightly charred; set aside.

4. Boil the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with a little sesame oil.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened. Add a splash of soy sauce and gochujang to taste.

6. Assemble: Place noodles in bowls, top with grilled beef, then drizzle with the creamy sauce.

7. Garnish with green onions and extra gochujang if desired.

Notes

This dish is best served immediately after assembling.

Use Korean instant noodles for best texture.

If making ahead, store sauce and beef separately from noodles.
