Description

Soft and Chewy Fluffernutter Cookies are rich peanut butter cookies swirled with gooey marshmallow creme. These easy fluffernutter cookies bake up soft, chewy, and full of classic peanut butter flavor, making them perfect for dessert trays, holidays, and everyday sweet cravings.


Ingredients

1 ¾ cups all purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter softened

¾ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar packed

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¾ cup marshmallow creme


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

3. Beat the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.

4. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.

6. Gently fold in the marshmallow creme, leaving visible swirls.

7. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing cookies apart.

8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.

9. Cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Add extra marshmallow creme on top for a gooier center.

Do not overbake to keep cookies soft and chewy.

Use creamy peanut butter for best texture.
