Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
4 large eggs
1/2 pound breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Instructions
1. Brown your breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook gently in a nonstick skillet until just set and creamy.
3. Slightly flatten each biscuit round. Fill the center with scrambled egg, sausage, and cheese. Pinch the edges to seal.
4. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Optionally brush with melted butter.
5. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
