Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs
4 cups chopped cabbage
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Chop cabbage and prepare garlic and ginger.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add cabbage and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.

6. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss everything well.
