Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
3 cups mini pretzels
1 cup white chocolate chips
1⁄2 cup caramel sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, caramel sauce, and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
2. Stir in the vanilla extract after the mixture is melted.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal and mini pretzels.
4. Pour the caramel mixture over the cereal and pretzels. Gently toss to coat evenly.
5. Transfer the coated mixture to a zip-top bag or container with lid.
6. Add the powdered sugar, seal, and shake until everything is coated and no longer sticky.
7. Spread the mix onto parchment paper to cool completely.
8. Store in an airtight container once dry.
