Ingredients

1 box red velvet cake (baked and crumbled)

2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup powdered sugar

4 ounces cream cheese (optional)


Instructions

1. Bake the red velvet cake according to package or homemade recipe. Let it cool completely, then crumble into chunks.

2. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
