2 large chicken breasts sliced thin
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
4. Lower the heat to medium and add butter to the same pan.
5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the garlic butter over each piece.
7. Let everything cook together for another minute, then garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use chicken thighs if you prefer a juicier and more flavorful result.
Do not burn the garlic as it can turn bitter quickly.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to keep it juicy.
