Ingredients

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract until a dough forms.
2. Roll into 1-inch balls and flatten into discs.
3. Place discs on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 10 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
5. Dip each frozen patty in chocolate and let excess drip off before placing back on the tray.
6. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
Notes
