Ingredients
1 lb refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade pizza dough
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Cut the dough into equal-sized pieces and roll them into small balls.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Warm until fragrant.
3. Toss the dough balls in the garlic butter mixture until well coated. Reserve some butter for brushing.
4. Arrange the dough balls into a wreath shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet or round baking dish.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and fully baked.
6. Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan over the top while warm.
7. Serve immediately or reheat in foil-wrapped form if prepping ahead.
Notes
Make sure the dough balls are similar in size for even baking.
Use fresh garlic for best flavor, but roasted garlic adds a mellow twist.
Serve with marinara, pesto, or aioli for an extra layer of flavor.
