Description

Creamy Puerto Rican Coquito is a traditional holiday drink made with coconut milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, and rum. This easy Coquito recipe blends rich tropical flavor with warm spices for the ultimate festive treat. Perfect for holiday parties or cozy nights.

Ingredients

1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk

1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

1 cup white rum

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Add coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender.

2. Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust for sweetness, spice, or alcohol to your preference.

4. Pour into a glass bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

5. Shake well before serving as separation is normal.

6. Serve chilled in small glasses, garnished with cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.

Notes

This drink gets even better after sitting overnight.

You can swap rum for coconut extract for a non-alcoholic version.

Always shake before serving to remix the creamy texture.
