Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Chop or shred your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
