Description

A warm and buttery Pineapple Bake made with crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, and eggs. This easy sweet side dish or dessert is perfect for holiday dinners or potlucks. Moist, golden, and irresistibly tropical!


Ingredients

2 cups canned crushed pineapple with juice

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

5 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a medium baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Add the crushed pineapple with juice to the egg mixture and stir.

4. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until fully blended.

6. Stir in the melted butter to add richness.

7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

8. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and set in the center.

9. Let cool slightly before serving.
