Ingredients

1 bone-in skin-on turkey breast

2 cups fresh cranberries

1 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon orange zest

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh or dried)


Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, zest, brown sugar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Simmer until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. Blend for a smooth glaze if desired.

2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat turkey dry, season with salt, pepper, and rosemary, then rub with olive oil. Place in roasting pan skin-side up.

3. Roast uncovered for 45 minutes. Brush with glaze. Continue roasting and brushing every 15–20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F, about 1.5–2 hours.

4. Let turkey rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra glaze drizzled over top.
