Ingredients
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 ½ cups salted roasted peanuts
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
2. Fold in the mini marshmallows and salted roasted peanuts. Stir until fully coated in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
Use chunky peanut butter if you want extra crunch.
These freeze beautifully—great for make-ahead treats.
You can swap peanuts with almonds or cashews for variety.
