Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Peanut Butter M&Ms
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
5. Gently fold in the Peanut Butter M&Ms and mini chocolate chips.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Scoop dough into even balls and place on the sheet, leaving space between each.
8. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are just turning golden.
9. Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for easy creaming.
Don’t overmix once you add the flour to keep the cookies tender.
Add extra M&Ms on top before baking for a bakery-style finish.
