Description

These Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls combine soft, fluffy cinnamon roll dough with crushed Oreo cookies for the ultimate sweet breakfast treat. Finished with a cream cheese frosting, this indulgent recipe is perfect for weekend brunches or dessert. Keywords: Oreo cinnamon rolls, stuffed cinnamon rolls, Oreo dessert recipe, sweet breakfast idea.

Ingredients

1 cup warm milk

2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast

¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

½ teaspoon salt

3 cups all-purpose flour

¾ cup crushed Oreos

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk (for frosting consistency)

Instructions

1. Warm the milk until just lukewarm, then stir in sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2. Mix in melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead 5–7 minutes.

3. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled.

4. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos for the filling.

5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, and sprinkle the Oreo mixture evenly.

6. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 8–10 rolls.

7. Place rolls into a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

8. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

9. Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.

10. Spread the frosting over warm rolls and serve immediately.

Notes

Let the rolls rise fully before baking for maximum fluffiness.

Use different Oreo flavors for variety—birthday cake or mint adds a fun twist.

Store leftover rolls in an airtight container and reheat gently before serving.
