Description

Ingredients

1 pound linguine

1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat.

2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.

3. Sear chicken thighs in the pan for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and slice.

4. In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed and sauté garlic until fragrant.

5. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes and a bit of smoked paprika to toast with the garlic.

6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.

7. Add linguine to the pot and reduce heat slightly.

8. Simmer uncovered, stirring often, until pasta is nearly al dente.

9. Return sliced chicken to the pot and stir to combine.

10. Turn off heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

11. Let it rest for a few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken before serving.

Notes

Make sure to stir frequently while pasta cooks to prevent sticking.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and smooth melting.

Add extra chili flakes if you want it hotter or tone it down for a mild version.
