1 lb ground pork

4 cups green cabbage shredded

1 cup carrots shredded

4 cups chicken broth

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 green onions sliced


Instructions

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook the ground pork until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.

2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly softened.
