Description
One-Pot Creamy Spicy Garlic Butter Steak & Pasta is a bold, indulgent, and easy dinner recipe. Tender steak bites meet spicy garlic butter cream sauce in a one-pot pasta that’s perfect for weeknights or special occasions. It’s the ultimate comfort food packed with flavor.
Ingredients
1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-size pieces
12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine work best)
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Season the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear steak until browned but still juicy inside. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant and golden.
4. Pour in heavy cream, stir in parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Add beef broth and uncooked pasta to the pot. Simmer, stirring often, until pasta is al dente and sauce is creamy.
6. Return the cooked steak to the pot and stir to coat evenly in the sauce.
7. Finish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use ribeye for a richer flavor or sirloin for a leaner option.
Add more red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream or milk to revive the sauce.
