Description

This One-Pan Spicy Honey Garlic Steak Pasta recipe is a flavor-packed dinner made with tender steak, pasta, and a spicy honey garlic cream sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal, this one-pan pasta is creamy, bold, and easy to clean up. Great for steak pasta lovers and fans of sweet and spicy combinations.

Ingredients

1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp honey

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, etc.)

2 cups water or broth

2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Instructions

1. Season steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear steak on both sides until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and let it rest.

2. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until garlic is fragrant.

3. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to create the glaze.

4. Add water or broth to the pan and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has evaporated.

5. Lower the heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce becomes creamy. Add more broth or water if needed to loosen.

6. Slice the rested steak and return it to the pan. Toss to coat in the sauce.

7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil and serve warm.

Notes

Use ribeye for richness or sirloin for leaner flavor.

Adjust spice by increasing or decreasing red pepper flakes.
