Description

No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are the perfect sweet and salty treat made with creamy peanut butter, crunchy pretzels, white chocolate, and a rich chocolate drizzle. This easy no-bake dessert is great for holiday trays, party snacks, edible gifts, and quick homemade candy cravings.

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken

2 cups white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons honey

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet, tray, or large plate with parchment paper.

2. Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.

3. Stir the peanut butter and honey into the melted white chocolate until the mixture is creamy and fully combined.

4. Fold in the broken pretzels and mix gently until all the pieces are coated.

5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment, forming small clusters.

6. Place the clusters in the refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes, or until firm.

7. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.

8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled clusters.

9. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if using.

10. Chill again for 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate is set, then serve or store.

Notes

Use regular creamy peanut butter for the best texture. Natural peanut butter can make the mixture too soft or oily.

Break the pretzels into uneven pieces so the clusters have a better crunch and a more homemade look.

Keep the clusters chilled if your kitchen is warm so they stay firm and easy to handle.
