This No Bake Banana Split Cheesecake is the ultimate easy summer dessert! Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
8 oz whipped topping
3 bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup strawberries, sliced
½ cup chocolate syrup
⅓ cup chopped nuts
12 maraschino cherries
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently. Spread over the crust evenly.
3. Arrange sliced bananas on top of the cheesecake layer.
4. Add a layer of drained crushed pineapple.
5. Layer the sliced strawberries over the pineapple.
6. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit layers.
7. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
8. Finish with maraschino cherries.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
10. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Let it chill completely for clean slices.
Use very ripe but firm bananas to prevent browning.
For extra indulgence, add chocolate shavings on top.
