Ingredients
2 ½ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup evaporated milk
¾ cup unsalted butter
1 cup marshmallow creme

Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil with overhang.
2. In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, evaporated milk, and butter over medium heat. Stir constantly until it reaches a rolling boil.
3. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
5. Add marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully blended.
6. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
7. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until fully set (about 2 hours).
