Description

Marry Me Gnocchi is a creamy one-pan gnocchi recipe made with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese in a luscious cream sauce. Perfect for cozy dinners or date nights, this easy skillet meal is rich, comforting, and quick to prepare.


Ingredients

1 pound gnocchi

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups chicken broth

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

2. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.

3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.

4. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.

5. Stir in the gnocchi, cover, and let simmer for 5–7 minutes until gnocchi is tender.

6. Reduce heat to low and add parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and sauce is creamy.

7. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with extra parmesan or fresh basil.

Notes

Use shelf-stable gnocchi for best texture and ease.

To reheat leftovers, add a splash of cream or broth to revive the sauce.
