Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/3 cup maple syrup

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1.5 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1.5 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season chicken thighs with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Add chicken to skillet and sear until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.

5. Stir in maple syrup and soy sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.

6. Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in maple garlic glaze.

7. In a separate saucepan, melt another tablespoon of butter.

8. Add more minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

9. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

10. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and red pepper flakes.

11. Whisk until smooth and thickened into a creamy sauce.

12. Serve Alfredo sauce in bowls or over pasta.

13. Top with maple garlic chicken bites and garnish as desired.

Notes

Serve this dish over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice for a hearty meal.

Reheat gently and add a splash of cream if needed to loosen the sauce.
