Description

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes

2 cups heavy cream

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pack graham crackers


Instructions

1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

3. In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.

4. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the crackers.

5. Add a layer of sliced mangoes.

6. Repeat layers: crackers, cream, mangoes until all ingredients are used.

7. Finish with a layer of cream on top.

8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

9. Before serving, top with extra mangoes or crushed graham crackers.

10. Slice and serve chilled.
