1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: chopped pickles, green onions, crumbled bacon
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
3. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until translucent. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Lower the heat, pour in the Alfredo sauce, and stir in the cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat. If needed, use a bit of pasta water to loosen the sauce.
6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings like pickles or green onions.
Notes
Use short pasta like rotini or penne for best results.
Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep the sauce creamy.
