300g ribeye steak
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 small Asian pear, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions

2. Slice ribeye thinly against the grain.
3. Add sliced beef to the marinade and mix to coat evenly.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
5. Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat and add cooking oil.
6. In batches, cook marinated beef for 1–2 minutes per side until caramelized and crispy on the edges.
7. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and extra green onions.
8. Serve hot with rice, lettuce, kimchi, or a fried egg.
Notes
Use a sharp knife to slice beef thinly for optimal texture.
Asian pear tenderizes the meat and enhances flavor.
Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook in batches for better browning.
