Description

These Italian Pinwheels are an easy no-bake appetizer made with deli meats, cream cheese, and roasted red peppers wrapped in soft tortillas. Perfect for parties, snacks, or lunchboxes, this quick Italian appetizer recipe is a crowd-pleaser with bold flavors and a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients

1 large flour tortilla

3 oz cream cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

4 slices Genoa salami

4 slices pepperoni

2 slices provolone cheese

2 tbsp roasted red peppers

1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.

2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla.

3. Layer Genoa salami, pepperoni, provolone, roasted red peppers, and spinach on top.

4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to form a log.

5. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

6. Remove from fridge and unwrap. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.

7. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.

Notes

Keep the roll tight while rolling to get nice spiral cuts.

Make ahead and refrigerate overnight for best flavor blending.

Use a serrated knife for cleaner cuts.
