Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked bacon bits
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs. Mash the yolks slightly if a creamier texture is desired.
2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add in mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
4. Fold in chopped eggs, bacon bits, shredded cheddar, and half of the green onions.
5. Stir until evenly combined.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and enhance the flavors.
7. Before serving, top with remaining green onions and a sprinkle of extra bacon bits.
8. Serve chilled with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
This dip is even better after chilling for a few hours.
