Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 tbsp honey

½ tsp chili flakes

3 cloves minced garlic

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

2 cups broccoli florets

1 sheet puff pastry

1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic, honey, and chili flakes. Simmer until thickened, then coat the cooked chicken.

4. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter, then add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Simmer and stir in Parmesan until smooth.

6. Toss pasta with the Alfredo sauce.

7. Coat broccoli florets in olive oil and salt. Wrap a few with strips of puff pastry and brush with egg wash.

8. Bake broccoli twists at 400°F until golden and crisp.
