Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

4. In another bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

6. Spread lemon filling thinly over each crepe.
7. Fold into quarters or roll gently.
8. Dust with powdered sugar and add fresh berries if desired before serving.
