Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup grapes, halved

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 apple, diced

1 orange, segmented

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

1. Gently rinse all fruits under cold water. Hull and slice strawberries, halve grapes, peel and dice apple and pineapple, and segment oranges. Slice kiwi if using.

2. In a large bowl, combine all prepared fruits. Toss gently to mix evenly without bruising.

3. For the dressing, whisk honey and lime juice in a small bowl. Drizzle over the fruit and toss lightly.

4. Chill the salad for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving for enhanced flavor and freshness.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruit to avoid a soggy salad.

Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.

The honey-lime dressing is optional but elevates the flavors.
