Description

These Homemade Big Mac Wraps combine all the flavors of your favorite fast food burger in a quick, healthy, easy-to-make tortilla wrap. A perfect weeknight dinner made with ground beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and Thousand Island dressing. Big Mac tortilla wrap recipe, cheeseburger wrap, fast food copycat made at home.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 flour tortillas (810 inches)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup sliced pickles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced onion

1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.

2. While the beef cooks, warm tortillas in the microwave or skillet until soft and pliable.

3. Lay each tortilla flat. Add shredded cheese first, then top with warm beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.

4. Fold the bottom up, tuck in the sides, and roll the wrap tightly.

5. Slice in half and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

Keep the cooked beef separate if prepping ahead to avoid soggy wraps.

Customize with ground turkey, low-carb tortillas, or add tomatoes for variety.

Only add lettuce and dressing just before serving to keep the texture fresh.
